Im officially a LOSER

First time Ive ever wanted to say that . Wow everything went really well, and not even a week out ive already lost 15lbs!. A very big deal to me I never expected that. So in addition to the tenlbs I lost before surgery Im down 25lbs. The last time I was on weigh****chers It took me 3 months just to lose 17 lbs, and it was a struggle every step of the way.

Wow, I remember when you were fist starting down your path. Congrats! Take it easy for awhile and take it SLOW....listen to your doc and sip, sip, sip. but you knew that already! You've been kicking around here long enough to know alot of what to expect and what to do - so now it is up to you - do the right things! We know you will!
